Welcome to Simply Unique Getaways. Please read these booking terms carefully before making a reservation.


By placing a booking with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. About Our Getaways


All getaways listed through Simply Unique Getaways are:

Self check-in properties


Each property is individually owned and managed, offering guests a unique stay experience across the UK.


2. Booking & Payment


All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.


Prices may vary depending on dates, length of stay, seasonal demand, and property availability.


3. Guest Responsibility


Guests are responsible for ensuring the property is suitable for their needs before booking. This includes checking the location, facilities, sleeping arrangements, pet suitability, access, and house rules.


Guests must treat the property with care and respect throughout their stay.


4. Check-In & Check-Out


All of our getaways operate via self check-in for convenience and flexibility.


Check-in and check-out times will be provided before your stay. Guests are responsible for following the check-in instructions supplied before arrival.


Late check-out may result in additional charges unless agreed in advance.


5. Cancellations & Refunds


We do not charge cancellation fees.


Guests may cancel their booking at any time; however, refund eligibility may depend on the notice period given, payment provider processing times, and individual property terms where applicable.


If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.


We recommend guests contact us as soon as possible regarding any cancellation or booking amendment requests.


6. Amendments


Any request to change your booking must be made as soon as possible.


Changes are subject to availability and may result in changes to the booking price depending on dates and property availability.


7. Pets


All Simply Unique Getaways properties are pet friendly.


Guests are responsible for ensuring pets are supervised, well behaved, and do not cause damage or disturbance. Any additional cleaning, damage, or repairs required due to pets may result in additional charges.


8. Damage, Loss & Cleaning


Guests are responsible for any damage, breakages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after their stay.


We reserve the right to charge guests for damage, replacement items, additional cleaning, or misuse of the property.


9. Behaviour


Guests must not cause nuisance, disturbance, or disruption to neighbours, owners, local residents, or other guests.


Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted unless agreed in writing before booking.


We reserve the right to end a stay without refund if guests behave irresponsibly or breach these terms.


10. Property Information


We aim to ensure all property descriptions, photos, facilities, and prices are accurate. However, small changes may occur from time to time.


Facilities such as hot tubs, Wi-Fi, heating, appliances, outdoor areas, and local amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, service issues, or circumstances outside our control.


11. Safety


Guests must follow all safety instructions provided at the property.


Children and pets must be supervised at all times, especially around water, fires, hot tubs, balconies, woodland, farm areas, or outdoor spaces.


12. Liability


Simply Unique Getaways acts as a platform to showcase unique stays owned and operated by individual property owners.


We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, travel disruption, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.


Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.


13. Complaints


Any issue during your stay must be reported as soon as possible so the property owner or management team has the opportunity to help resolve it.


Complaints raised after departure may be harder to investigate and may limit what can be offered.


14. Force Majeure


We are not liable for cancellations, changes, delays, or disruption caused by events outside our control, including extreme weather, illness outbreaks, travel restrictions, power cuts, strikes, fire, flood, or other emergencies.


15. Acceptance of Terms


By booking through Simply Unique Getaways, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these booking terms.
